Pulte Homes, Inc. (NYSE: PHM) announces it will stop construction on Del Webb at Lake Oconee’s $9 million amenity package for one day to share progress. The event will be held on Saturday, May 17th at 1:00 p.m. with an official update on the community progress from the Vice President of Operations, David Vitek. Homeowners and prospective buyers will also have the opportunity to tour the Club at Lake Oconee and Lakeside Pavilion currently under construction. These tours will provide attendees with the opportunity to appreciate the scale and grandeur of the amenities first hand. The day will conclude with a catered barbeque, music and games beginning at 4 p.m. on the Event Lawn.
Del Webb at Lake Oconee is Georgia’s third Del Webb community for active adults age 55 and better and is known for being the only Del Webb in the nation with direct lake access. Every aspect of the community has been designed to compliment the natural surroundings of the Lake Oconee area while focusing on the interests of the community’s residents, and the Club at Lake Oconee is no exception.
This impressive, craftsman-style facility is a part of the $9 million, resort-style amenity package at Del Webb at Lake Oconee that is scheduled to open in December, less than one year after the first homeowners moved in to the community. “We are committed to providing the world-class lifestyle experience that is synonymous with the Del Webb name at Del Webb at Lake Oconee,” says David Vitek, Vice President of Operations. “Our residents are moving to Del Webb at Lake Oconee for a lifestyle experience they could not get anywhere else. We believe a large part of that is ensuring that residents have access to a robust lifestyle and amenity offering early in the life of the community. They’ve worked hard all of their lives, and their decision to move into a Del Webb community is all about living the life they want and the way they want to live it.”
