The Georgia Club, a residential golf and lifestyle community located between Athens and Atlanta i the heart of Northeast Georgia, will soon break ground on the Park Homes and Brownstones at The Georgia Club. These latest home designs will be located in the Barrow County section of the community's Oconee Springs neighborhood, which opened early last year. The concept of The Georgia Club's newes offering is unique in that it introduces traditional urban design into a master-planned community away from a metropolitan area. While keeping with the signature Southern-style architecture of The Georgia Club, these homes take design cues from the historic cities of Charleston and Savannah that give them an urban flair. The neighborhood features 65 homesites in total, a combination of brownstones with street-front entrances and park homes that feature porches and other exterior elements. "The Park Homes and Brownstones further broaden our product base," said Jim Vanden Berg, CEO at The Georgia Club. The homes range in price from the high $200s to the high $300s allowing The Georgia Club to enter the market with an attractive price point without compromising quality. These homes are ideal for young professionals or mature buyers interested in moving to a more manageable space. Lawn care is provided and the designs require less upkeep.
